If you are convicted for one of the following drug related offenses your Driver's License will be suspended for:
1. A drug offense

2. A felony, other than a drug offense, under the Texas Controlled Substances Act

3, An offense under the Federal Controlled Substances Act
a. 180 days
4. Driving while intoxicated (involving a controlled substance)
a. 180 days
5. Intoxication assault (involving a controlled substance
a. 180 days
6. Intoxication manslaughter (involving a controlled substance)
