Continuous Sexual Abuse of Young Child or Children

1st Degree Felony with a minimum of 25 years and a maximum of 99 years, or life

Elements:

  • A Person
  • Commits 2 or more acts of sexual abuse
  • During a period of 30 or more days in duration, and
  • At the time of commission of each act of sexual abuse
  • The actor is 17 years of age or older, and
  • The victim is child younger than 14 years of age
