Question:
Do I qualify for a misdemeanor expunction of my criminal record?
Answer:
Yes.
You qualify if you have been released and
1) your charge, if any, has not resulted in a final conviction and is no longer pending,
2) and there was no court-ordered community supervision (probation) under CCP Art 42.12 (certain firearm offenses) for any offense (other than a class C misdemeanor), and
3) you have not been convicted of a felony in the 5 years preceding the date of arrest.
If you think you qualify, give me a call and we'll see about setting you up with a hearing.
