Capital Murder

Capital Murder is the highest charge in Texas. If convicted you're facing life in prison, or even death by injection. Harris County send more people to death row than most countries. A capital case will take hundreds of hours, and tens of thousands of dollars to properly fight.

In a capital murder case you'll have have heavy experts on the prosecutions side. Ussually there'll be a ballistics expert if there's a shooting invovled (which there almost always is), medical experts to determine cause of death, DNA experts to evaluate blood and human tissue samples, and a whole host of other forensic experts to go over the rest of the evidence.

You'll need to poke wholes in the prosecutions case by either having your own counter experts and/ord eveloping a solid cross examination of them.

It's really life or death when fighting one of these cases.
