This penalty group was created specifically for the "Synthetic Marijuana" drugs. Also known as spice, kush, nope, fake, ect.

PUNISHMENT RANGES FOR MANUFACTURE, DELIVERY, OR INTENT TO DELIVER CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES IN PENALTY GROUP 2-A:

400 grams or more: 10 to 99 years or life in prision, and $100,000 maximun fine

4 to less than 400 grams or more: 1st degree felony

1 to less than 4 grams: 2nd degree felony

less than 1 gram: State Jail felony

PUNISHMENT RANGES FOR POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES IN PENALTY GROUP 2-A:

More than 2,000 lbs: 5 to 99 years or life in prision, and $50,000 max fine

More than 50- 2,000 lbs: 2nd degree felony

More than 5 to 50 lbs: 3rd degree felony

More than 4 oz to 5 lbs: State jail felony

More than 2 to 4 oz: Class A misdemeanor

2 oz or less: Class B misdemeanor
